Qualified herbalist and experienced teacher, Jane is a practitioner dedicated to natural healing, drawing on decades of experience working with herbs, flowers, and holistic practices.
Based in the north of Ireland, she tends an organic garden where she grows and wildcrafts plants to create remedies such as tinctures, teas, essences, and oils. Her work combines the healing energies of the seasons, the moon, reiki, and crystals, offering carefully crafted products that support balance and wellbeing for body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for nature and inspired by her grandmother’s love of flowers, Jane brings both knowledge and care to every offering she creates.
Claire O'Leary
Thrive Wellness
Claire is a Kinesiologist, Sound Therapist and educator with a deep passion for holistic healing. After experiencing the transformative power of kinesiology in 2000, she went on to complete her diploma at The Kinesiology College of Ireland, where she now also lectures.
A member of the Kinesiology Association of Ireland and a registered Touch for Health and Wellness Kinesiology Instructor, Claire works with clients in her Millstreet, Co. Cork clinic.
Using muscle testing to uncover the body’s needs, she tailors each session with remedies such as nutritional support, flower and crystal essences, chakra balances, and structural corrections.
Claire continues to expand her knowledge and skills to bring the most effective healing methods to her clients, supporting both adults and children on their journey to greater health and wellbeing.

Not at all. This one-day training is entry-level and actually serves as a perfect taster for you if you're interested in Kinesiology. You will learn a few simple techniques that you can put in to practice immediately.
No. We will have some kits available on the day for practicing. Of course, if you have any Bach Flower or Australian Essences or other remedies, please feel free to bring them along.
Jane will have kits available for purchase on the day, or you can buy them through her website.
Yes. Although this training is aimed at therapists, it is equally relevant to anyone interested in natural healing, plant medicine, energy work and those with a curiosity about kinesiology. People who have completed the training include parents, teachers, life coaches, physiotherapists and even those from the corporate world looking for some light relief.
No worries. The class is limited to 10 people. This means that there is plenty of time for questions and plenty of time for personal attention during the practical parts of the day.
We have structured the day with a good mix of practical, Kinesiology theory and information about the Irish Flower Essences made by Jane. While this is a substantial course, it is well paced and everyone is catered for.
